Q. Heart rate and step count are not being recorded.
A. HealthKit data is collected only when a round is started on the Apple Watch. Rounds entered solely on the iPhone will not have health data attached. Also, please ensure that Green Log has HealthKit permission via iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.
Q. My data is not syncing between iPhone and Apple Watch.
A. Make sure both devices are paired with the same Apple ID and Bluetooth is enabled. Also confirm that Green Log is installed on your watch via the Watch app on iPhone.
Q. How does the free version work? When do ads appear?
A. To start a new round in the free version, you can either watch a rewarded video ad or purchase "Remove Ads" for unlimited rounds without ads. Once "Remove Ads" is purchased, no further ads will be shown and no ad-related data will be transmitted.
Q. I'd like to edit a previously saved round.
A. You can edit a round from its detail screen. Note that rounds marked as "Finished" cannot be modified.
Q. Can I back up my data?
A. Green Log stores all data locally on the device and does not support cloud sync. Please be aware that uninstalling the app will permanently remove all of your data.
Q. How do I restore my "Remove Ads" purchase on a new device?
A. Open the in-app purchase screen and tap "Restore Purchases". You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
