Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are signed in with the same Apple ID. Also check that Hi-Run is installed on your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.
On your Apple Watch, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Hi-Run and make sure permissions are enabled.
In the History tab, swipe left on the record you want to delete.
Tap the "Restore Purchase" button on the purchase screen. If you previously purchased with the same Apple ID, it will be restored automatically.
