Hi-Run Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Hi-Run collects the following information on your device only:

• Game Records: Scores, innings, averages, game duration
• Health Data: Heart rate, steps, calories (when using Apple Watch, after HealthKit permission is granted)

2. Data Storage and Processing

All data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. Health data is processed through Apple HealthKit and complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines.

3. Third-Party Sharing

Hi-Run does not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with the advertising partners described in the "Advertising" section below.

4. Advertising and Tracking

Hi-Run displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the following information to serve ads:

• Device identifiers (IDFA, when App Tracking Transparency consent is granted)
• IP address
• Ad interaction data (clicks, impressions, etc.)

When you first launch the app, you will be asked for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent. If you decline, personalized ads will not be shown. You can remove ads through an in-app purchase.

5. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is managed by Apple. Hi-Run does not access your payment information.

6. Data Deletion

Deleting the app will remove all data stored on your device. You can also delete individual game records within the app.

7. Children's Privacy

Hi-Run does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes

If this privacy policy is updated, changes will be posted on this page.
